Stepping into the Observer Role 16 Feb , 12:00 AM Singapore Register Now
Cultivating our ability to find deep alignment between what I say and how I show up.
Is what we THINK, SPEAK and DO in alignment with one another? With all the beautiful and exciting things that happen in life, we may go about our day in a very unconscious manner - sometimes feeling fully alive, purposeful and excited, other times feeling drained, frustrated or not making an impact in the way we intend.
In this session, we will examine how we can cultivate our ability to “step out” and observe ourselves. The ability to notice and witness our beliefs and language patterns will enable us to be more response-able to life. We may then see how we are in alignment or out of alignment with who we are at our core.
What you can expect to learn from this webinar:
1. Gain more consciousness about our capacity to be an Observer
2. Learn practical ways to align our beliefs and language patterns to how we want to show up
