What makes a coaching conversation transformational is the coach's capacity to evoke the client's awareness and deepen the learning of what it takes to honour the heart's true desire. At its core, it is an ontological approach that focuses on enabling self-actualization.

This is contrary to direct the client to learn about the emotions, which might potentially lead this conversation to root-cause analysis.
