Delivered 100 percent online, the second level training is also known as Advance Training for Mastery Coaching with seven months duration. It comprises 70 hours of coach training, and completing this course will get you Advance Professional Coach Certification. Having this certification, you become eligible to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential.
Signing up for this advanced coach training course, you will be able to learn how the transformative moment unfolds and how you can use it artfully to facilitate and drive a dynamic coaching process that invites, evokes and embraces change. This program also provides training for ICF core competency development for mature coaches to develop the artful mastery to evolve their skills.
3rd level training
The third level in the coaching program is Mastery Training for Artful Coaching. This is for fully committed coaches seeking to deepen their understanding of the nature of the change to evoke a more profound transformational change through their practice. This course is built on the Awareness-Clarity-Choice Conversation framework innovated by Coach Masters Academy; this will prepare you to coach people for intentional change.
It offers 80 hours of ICF-approved coaching education for seven months duration and integrates the science of deep coaching within the ICF core competency for the (Master Certified Coach (MCC) level of coaching. This program is approved under the ASCTH accreditation and will fulfil the ICF 3rd-level Accreditation requirements. You can pursue this course at your own pace that is delivered online.
